Our Values

Human values:  We believe in kindness, fairness, and respect for the individual. We reward initiative, and encourage self-development.

Communication values: We value clarity of statement of goals and objectives, verification of assumptions, challenging conventional thinking, explicitness, documented agreements, a constant seeking to 'clarify and verify'. Ideas from newer and/or lower ranking employees are sought.

Performance:  The key value in measuring performance is effectiveness. Effectiveness is a combination of measures: Productivity, proactivity, teamwork, problem solving, technical knowledge, and company citizenship. Everyone gets reviewed. Performance feedback is solicited from everyone who works with the person. In between reviews, the individual is given frequent feedback.

Mentoring: Everyone is mentored for career development, personal growth, and for dealing with business ethics and politics. Senior employees are reverse mentored, that is, they meet regularly with a young, relatively new employee for ideas and feedback.

Training and education are valued highly.

Our core asset as a company is the knowledge, skill, and cumulative problem-solving ability of the members of the company.

It goes without saying that the following are not tolerated:
Unethical conduct, racism, sexism, harassment of any kind, any behavior that creates an adverse workplace condition or adverse relationships between ourselves and our customers or partner companies.
